TURKIMOZ team has more than 100 years combined experience of the growing the following crops: Soybeans, Sesame, Maize, Cotton and Groundnuts. We attract, retain and develop people who want to make a real difference in the Agriculture sector in Africa through the work they do. As our farms are rapidly changing, we need to be dynamic and accountable, and ensure we have the right capabilities to make a positive impact on our future. and generate financial returns.
Our Small Farmer Program:
150 HA/year of cleared land is set aside for local Mozambican farmers. The locals, coupled with TURKIMOZ expertise, will use this land to produce crops such as sesame, groundnuts, corn and soybean.
TURKIMOZ will be providing inputs for these farmers and help in production practices and training to encourage better local farming.
At harvest time, TURKIMOZ will purchase the production from these farmers, ensuring them an increase in annual revenue.
